Please Note

When using natural products such as Hydro-Bugs, patience is required. Please allow 4–6 weeks to see complete results. Turn off all UV treatments for 24 hours after application to allow beneficial bacteria to colonize the pond. For best results, use in water above 50°F (10°C).

Application Instructions (Hydro-Bugs)

  • Apply evenly across the pond surface or near the primary circulation pump.
  • Apply daily during the first 2 weeks to establish beneficial bacteria.
  • After the initial treatment period, apply 2–4 times per month for maintenance.
  • For ponds with poor water quality, higher application rates may be used.
  • Regular use helps maintain water clarity and a healthy ecosystem.
