How to Return an Item

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. That’s why we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below to request a return through your account.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

Visit account.pondandgardendepot.com

  • Enter your email address.
  • You may be asked to sign in with Shop — this is optional.
  • A one-time code will be sent to your email.
  • Enter the code to view your orders.

Step 2: Find Your Order

Once logged in, you’ll see a list of your recent orders.

“Request Return.”

Step 3: Choose Item(s) & Reason

If your order includes multiple items:Select the specific item(s) you wish to return.

  • Choose a return reason from the dropdown menu.
  • Click “Request Return.”

Step 4: Wait for Return Approval

Our returns team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we’ll email you:

  • prepaid return label
  • Simple instructions to complete your return

Step 5: Ship Your Return

Follow the instructions in the email to securely package and send back your item(s). Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging whenever possible.

Step 6: Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method—typically on the same day of receipt. During peak seasons, please allow an additional business day for processing.
