SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service
("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing
our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us. Most
orders are fulfilled within 1 business day from when the order is placed.
All orders receive standard shipping unless otherwise specified. Orders
within the lower 48 United States have an average transit time of 3-5
days.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all items. Pickups are
available Monday - Friday from 10AM to 4PM.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard, 3-5 Days shipping on Orders over $99.
Shipping Fees
Orders under $99 are charged shipping at the following rates:

Oversized items & items requiring freight shipment not subject to free
shipping:
Very heavy (150 lb or more) or oversized (as defined by the shipping
carrier) items may incur additional charges. While we have made every effort
to indicate which items will be subject to additional shipping charges, if
you are at all unsure please contact us before placing the order. If your
oversized item ships via freight, freight companies require that someone be
present at the time of delivery. In addition, they only obligate themselves
to get the item to the back of their truck. Unloading is not their
responsibility, although the drivers will sometimes help. Lift-gate service
is normally available but at an additional cost. Arrangements will need to
be made to accept these larger orders. Sometimes appointments can be made,
but at an additional cost. Deliveries to commercial addresses for truck
freight are often less expensive. Some residential deliveries may have
higher fees if they are very rural. We will make every effort to quote for
any additional fees before any order is shipped!
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have
placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good
faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless
specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available
delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept
your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries
and territories:
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Protectorates
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Other countries at our discretion
Free Standard, 3-5 Days shipping is not valid on
international orders.
There is a minimum charge of $100.00 to ship international
orders. Orders shipping internationally or to any
destination outside the continental (48 states) U.S. will be
subject to additional shipping charges which will be custom
quoted and approved before shipping your order.
International orders are sometimes subject to extra duties
payable at the time of delivery (or pickup from a terminal).
These duty fees are not included in Pond and Garden Depot's
fees and are unpredictable. THEY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE BUYER. International Shipments by the USPS are preferred
because they avoid most if not all of these additional fees.
As of 1/1/2021 there will be a 20% VAT rate on goods valued
up to £135 (about $180 USD) going to the UK. This will be
charged on top of the quoted shipping which will be sent via
email.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and
restrictions in relation to some international deliveries
and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over
which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are
responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the
country where you live and will be responsible for any such
additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know
as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised
estimated date for delivery.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY
Our warehouse facility does not process or ship orders on
the following annual holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve
- New Year's Day
If you are placing your order the day before one of the
listed holidays above, please expect an additional day
before the order is fulfilled and shipped.
