BactiMAX+ contains a concentrated blend of beneficial bacteria that digest fish waste and suspended organic matter. These bacteria boost the naturally occurring nitrogen cycle in biofilters, which convert harmful ammonia and nitrite into healthy pond water. This helps keep the pond ecosystem balanced and the water clear. As a liquid bacterial solution, BactiMAX+ is specifically designed to start working immediately when added to water.

How to use:
Apply BactiMAX+ directly into the filter if possible, or apply directly to the pond in an area with the greatest circulation every two weeks. For initial treatment of a new pond or at the start of the season, double the application to quickly seed your pond filter. If a problem arises between routine applications, apply BactiMAX+ at the prescribed rate every 3 days until the pond becomes clear and the ammonia and nitrite levels are reduced. Use when water temperatures are above 45°F. Optimal water conditions: pH: 6.5–8.5, dissolved oxygen: 5 PPM.
