MelaFix Bacterial Treatment for Koi and Goldfish | 2 Sizes
Melafix is an all-natural treatment for koi and other fish. It is an anti-bacterial additive, a botanical extract derived from the Australian tea tree. It's tough on harmful infection causing bacteria but does not affect biological filters, pH levels, or even discolor the water. An excellent treatment for an existing outbreak or a preventative measure when introducing new fish into your pond or water garden, and as a tonic to get your fish off to a great start when opening up the pond each spring.
Available in Sizes:
16 oz. - treats up to 948 gallons
64 oz. - treats up to 3,792 gallons
Instructions:
Shake well before using
Add 5 ml. per every 10 gallons to be treated
For disease/wound treatment apply daily for seven days. After 7 days change 25% of water
If adding new fish apply dose daily for 3 days
Turn off UV lights and remove activated carbon during treatment
