The Laguna Float Valve #PT-1842 keeps a pond at the desired level by replenishing water loss. This float valve/autofill will help protect your pump from overheating due to water evaporation or from wind blowing splash outside of the basin of any water feature. This float valve will also protect your pond pump from gradual water evaporation, avoiding the hassle of manually refilling the pond. The float valve/autofill also keeps the pond at the desired level should a leak develop.
A multi-hose barb adapter (1/4" to 3/4") is included which allows for easy attachment to a wide range of water sources such as a garden hose or irrigation line. The float valve can also be installed and concealed in most skimmer boxes.
