Underlayment is manufactured in widths of 10, 12, or 15'. This calculator will find the best size for your pond using these available widths. If both dimensions of your pond are greater than 15', you'll get a size you can cut in half to cover the whole area.
This thick fabric material is ideal for providing protection against punctures or other damage to EPDM, PVC or rubber pond liners. The 60 mil thick non-woven geotextile fabric even provides some protection from burrowing animals.
In addition, this geotextile fabric has many other uses, from retaining wall construction, to weed block or erosion control, and even for roofing!
Fabric Weight: 6 oz per square yard. Is 33% heavier than "economy/standard" underlayment.
