Ocean Mist 9-Head Super Fogger and Mister/Mist Maker

Everyone you know will be impressed with this 9 disk fogger. Available with and without color-changing LEDs. The model featuring LEDs provides flashing colored lights change from red to yellow to blue, while producing enough fog to cover an 8 square foot area!

The cord on the transformer is 12' long and has 3 prongs which makes it a grounded unit. ALWAYS plug any electrical unit into a GFCI electrical outlet to reduce the risk of electrical shock. The cord from the fogger is 33 ft.

Transformer measurements: 5.5" x 4.5" and is 4.5" tall

Product features: The unit is 4.75" in diameter and is 1 3/8" tall. To the top of the automatic shut off bar is 2.5".

 The fogger has to be in water over 3" deep. The float ring (sold separately) keeps the unit at the proper water level depth.

Water Choices and Maintenance for Ultrasonic Foggers and Misters:

If you use tap, rain, well or pond water, the fogger's sensor for low water level should work properly and shut the fogger off when the water level drops below the recommended level. However, minerals common in these water sources will often corrode the (replaceable) ceramic fogging disc(s) faster, requiring it (the disc) to be replaced more often.

If you use distilled water, your ceramic discs will last longer because of the water quality, but you will need to be very vigilant when checking the water levels so the fogger does not run dry. This is important because when using purified water, the fogger's sensor for low water will not work properly (because it cannot sense the conductivity in the water). The fogger may not sense when to shut the fogger off (to prevent burnout of the ceramic disc) if the water level drops below the recommended level.

Using a fogger float or buoy is highly recommended as it will keep your fogger at its recommended depth and can greatly increase the longevity of the unit. Floats are especially important if you will be using your fogger with distilled water since the low water sensor of the fogger may not operate properly in this circumstance.
