Oatey Primer and Cement is a great value that provides quick, easy, and convenient application. The All-Purpose cement is easy to apply and effectively fills in gaps, while the primer is NSF-listed and able to remove surface dirt, grease, and grime. The primer is tinted purple so that it is clear where it has been applied. All purpose cement works on PVC, CPVC, & ABS hose, pipe, & fittings. This handy pack is Lo-VOC SCAQMD 1168 Compliant, meeting all emissions requirements for the state of California.
