This Custom Pro check valve fits all sump pumps with a 1¼" discharge. Check valves prevent water from returning to the pump once it has been pumped away, even in the event of complete power loss. This affordable one time investment is an easy way to prevent an expensive pump replacement.
This check valve will thread right into your sump pump with its 1¼" male threaded connecter. It will fit a 1¼" pipe or hose using the built-in barbed connecter rubber coupler connections! The Custom Pro check valve also includes a slip fitting for 1½" pipe to fit whatever plumbing you may have.
Installation & Use
- Thread directly into sump pump discharge.
- Attach to 1¼" pipe or hose using the barbed end rubber coupler with stainless steel hose clamps.
- Or glue directly into 1½" pipe with PCV primer and cement.
- Occasionally, test your sump pump check valve by filling sump pit with water.
