Did you know that we have local pickup available as a checkout option for our online store?
Local Pickup is always free and can sometimes provide same-day availability on certain products. Perfect for a last-minute addition to a project in progress or an urgent need for fish medication.
You can place an order for local pickup either at our online store or by giving us a call at 866-305-5459, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Local pickup becomes an option on our website's checkout page after you type in your address. Once the address is entered the shipping options will populate.
Simply select "Local Pickup" as the delivery option, as shown below, and your order will be prepared. We will send you an email confirming when your order is ready to pick up, or you can call us to schedule a pickup time. You can then pick up your order from our warehouse location (2875 Culver Ave, Kettering, OH 45429) once it is ready (sometimes as fast as an hour.)
