- Locations requiring ferry service or other non-standard delivery methods may incur additional fees. We're happy to provide a quote upon request.
- Lead times can vary up to 2 weeks, influenced by location and order size.
- Stone pallets are delivered via Motor Freight and are unloaded at the end of the driveway for residential deliveries.
- Any costs associated with re-delivery or changes in freight terms are borne by the buyer.
- Cancellations or returns after shipment will result in a restocking fee and the responsibility of return shipping costs.
